Heart Failure to Transplant: Change of Plans? Hospitilization

I posted the following to my CaringBridge journal on Nov 7, 2014:

There is a strong possibility that I will be having the right heart catheterization test in the next few days instead of the week of Thanksgiving. I may be hospitalized after the test, which was always a possibility.

Why move it up?

Yesterday I emailed Dr. Weisshaar with some concerns about getting fatigued more quickly and having more trouble keeping my fluid retention under control. Despite low sodium and daily Lasix, I'm getting bloated/swollen in my abdomen and my weight is creeping up.

Her response late in the day was concern that these could be signs my condition is getting worse and we should complete the transplant workup ASAP.

She suggested an appointment in Santa Clara today but that would be very difficult logistically. I asked if Tuesday would work and am waiting to hear back.

Adam can easily take Tuesday off but has a client file review today. Charlotte has Tuesday off school.

Another issue is that I have not been pumping and building a good stash of milk for Elliott ... I only have about 3-4 oz frozen. It's been difficult to fit it in to my routine.

UPDATE:
I had a phone appointment with Dr. Weisshaar this afternoon to discuss my latest symptoms.  She asked me to please go to the Emergency Department at Kaiser in Fresno at some point tonight to be assessed in person.
She is sending them instructions to consult with her partner Dr. Nishime, who will be on call tonight and together they will decide if I need to be admitted tonight.  If yes, I will be transported to Santa Clara and they will keep me through at least Monday to complete the rest of my workup there.  If no, I will be sent home with an appointment for the right heart catheterization on Monday November 10.
I know you've been praying... Please continue to do so and specifically for my kids during this potential time of separation.
