Heart Failure to Transplant: Psychologist Appointment—End-Of-Life Values

The following descibes events from Nov 25, 2014:

The next appointment was with Flavio, who asked questions to clarify my emotional well-being, coping mechanisms, values and what I'd like to happen in several worst-case scenarios.
In the worst-case scenarios, because I value life in any form, I want to be kept comfortable, fed and hydrated in any circumstance short of brain death.  I trust it won't come to that though.
What I took away from this appointment is that my faith, attitude and excellent support from family and friends has me well-positioned to thrive prior to and after transplant.
